A brand new boutique, art studio and gallery, coupled with a stylish restaurant and bar on the beach have just opened in the village of Grand Case.
The restaurant is named *Le Shore* and includes a cocktail bar and pool with beach access. Its location is well known as the former home of the Domaine de l'Amandier which closed some years ago. Your hosts, Philippe and Sarah, are seasoned hospitality professionals that you may recognize as the effervescent couple from L'Hoste and La Playa on Orient Beach.
Situated on a 2,500 m2 property, the complex is open to visitors from Tuesday through Sunday. Le Shore is an oasis of tranquility that offers a sophisticated dining experience in a tropical beach setting. The Moorish-inspired architecture of Le Shore's buildings, the colorful decoration of the restaurant and terrace, its art expositions by local artists, the comfort of its poolside lounge chairs, the French-Caribbean sophistication of their waitstaff, the refinement of Le Shore's cuisine, the soft caresses of an ever-present tropical breeze, the waters of the Anguilla Channel languidly kissing the soft sandy beach, and the soothing sounds of live Jazz music on weekends will quickly bring about a state of perfect relaxation.
As you let your gaze wander over the turquoise waters and the coast of Anguilla in the distance, while taking a slow bite of your delicious meal and a lazy sip on a refreshing cocktail, you'll become reacquainted with the Caribbean feeling known as *"It's all good, mon!"* - you have now arrived, at Le Shore.
