Jean Nguyen's *Jardin de Saigon* is a cozy little Vietnamese restaurant and bar, quietly located in the Concordia residential neighborhood - just outside the center of Marigot. Situated in a little tropical garden within the Residence Les Frangipaniers guesthouse, this off the beaten path eatery seems well worthy of a DineSXM discovery visit in the near future.
Owner / chef Nguyen serves traditional Thai and Vietnamese dishes like spring rolls, stir fry meats, curry's, nem, jumbo shrimp tempura, bo kho (Vietnamese beef stew), and flavorful soups. Take away meals are also available. Jardin de Saigon is known to regularly host all-you-can-eat buffets on Saturday nights.
If you're visiting St. Martin from abroad, spending an evening in the restaurant's lush tropical setting and away from the "touristy" hustle and bustle will make you feel like a true guest of our island.
