Famed restaurateur Enzo La Rosa is back on St. Maarten, and is brought us a culinary present from his native Sicily. Opened just this past December, his Ristorante Granduca is styled after its namesake in Taormina.
Long time visitors of Sint Maarten will of course remember Enzo's delicious Italian dishes from La Rosa Too. Now, 10 years later, Granduca (the Great Duke) is its stylish successor - and promising to become another hit.
Barely a month after the restaurant's initial opening, the rave reviews are already pouring in. Here are some excerpts: *"I had a veal dish and my husband the clams and linguine... hats off to Enzo. Great meal, staff was very friendly and attentive."* - TTOL Board, *"I had the homemade ravioli filled with pumpkin and shrimps in a butter and sage sauce and it was delicious!"* - Barbara's blog, *"The restaurant itself is beautiful, the menu is interesting, the service is great, the food is fantastic - using all the finest ingredients." - GoBeach
