After moving to Carlo's Bella Napoli in Cupecoy for a little while, the island's most famous pizza baker has now finally grabbed the chance to open his very own place at the Pelican Resort. Ciao, the restaurant that he recently opened with his sister Stefania, is situated on the waterfront at the former location of Los Gauchos.
Next to an assortment of delectable thin crust pizza's (yes you can eat with your hands), the menu consists of a nice selection of pastas and traditional Italian dishes. Veal, steak, seafood... All of it looked yummy during our recent visit. But of course everybody at our table opted for pizza. Ab-so-lu-te-ly fantastic, as always!
