Famed restaurateur Enzo La Rosa is back on St. Maarten, and is brought us a culinary present from his native Sicily. Opened just this past December, his Ristorante Granduca is styled after its namesake in Taormina.
Long time visitors of Sint Maarten will of course remember Enzo's delicious Italian dishes from La Rosa Too. Now, 10 years later, Granduca (the Great Duke) is its stylish successor - and promising to become another hit.

Carlo Pinto's *Bella Napoli* at the Atlantis Casino Gourmet Village was the first Italian eatery to open in the Cupecoy area many years ago. Carlo's endearing and warm personality is a main draw for the place's many returning guests. Bella Napoli itself reminds of a typical Italian *trattoria* and could just have been pulled away from a movie set.

A traditional wood-burning oven adorns the little piazza in front of the restaurant, so that guests can see their pizza being made from start to finish. The chefs in the kitchen are ready to prepare your home made pasta dishes, as well as specialties from Carlo's home region of Naples.
Like any self-respecting Italian restaurant, Bella Napoli's wine list is well rounded, and the dessert menu features well known staples like Tiramisù and Cannoli.

Restaurant L'Etage is located in the new shopping section of Hope Estate, across from Grand Case airport. Isabelle and her staff have put together a healthy lunch menu that features all-natural and organically grown ingredients.
For dinner, L'Etage offers a three course prix-fix soiree on Friday nights. Specials include salmon fillet rillettes, a vegetarian pâté, Senegalese "Yassa" chicken and tagliatelle with smoked tofu and oat cream.
