Molly B'Day is just one hell of a large rock jutting out of the water and reaching 100 feet above the surface. Molly is unlit and that's one of the best reasons not to go night sailing unless you know the area real well. There are fascinating coral formations at the top of the reef at about 15 feet with large boulders making up the rest of the reef to a depth of 60 feet. Extremely large banded shrimp and arrow crabs are found here.
This is another great site for close-up photography. (There are also a lot of nice holes for lobster). Anchor in 60 feet into a sand bottom and take care to stay well clear of this site to avoid damage. |

At depths of 25 to 60 feet the cement pilings of the old drawbridge are stacked up here with the wreck of a large sailing vessel, s v 'Vinney" within easy swimming distance. You'll also get to see a lot of grunts and eels around here enjoying themselves over a lush bed of sea grass.
Another good place for close-up photography. The site is provided with mooring buoys. |

The Gregory is a 100 foot interisland transport barge laying upside down in 50 feet of water. Here you can see schools of snappers, nassau groupers, scorpion fishes and a few very inquisitive eels.
There are also some huge basket sponges. |

Carib Cargo AKA Carib Ghost AKA RO / RO |
|
The wreck of a 100 foot container ship sitting upright in 60 feet of water. This is quite spectacular by itself and quite easy to swim through. This is a great site with lots to see. Lots of port holes and access points to see in to the wreck. There are usually stingrays and flying gurnards around the wreck.
Jason said " This is probably one of my favorite sites, I pet my first Sting Ray here. Wow what a feeling. I also love to teach the wreck diver speciality here."

The 'Alleys' is a series of rock formations with very interesting cave exploration at their base. A short swim further south is 'Cable Reef' with more caves and boasting an abundance of fish life. Also, the wreck of a 120 foot freighter, 'Tiegland', lies nearby.
All in all an excellent time can be had in 25 to 65 feet of water. Mooring buoys are provided. |
